WILLS
A Will, also known as a Last Will and Testament, is a written document that accomplishes a number of your estate planning objectives. Because it only takes effect upon your death, you can change it at any time.
If you die without a Will:
- The State of Pennsylvania, and not you, decides who receives your personal treasures, family heirlooms and sentimental items ;
- The State of Pennsylvania, and not you, decides who receives your home;
- A Pennsylvania Judge, and not you, decides who raises your minor children;
- The State of Pennsylvania, and not you, decides who takes charge of the affairs of your estate upon your death;
- The State of Pennsylvania, and not you, decides who receives your wealth.
If you have a Will:
- You choose who receives your personal treasures, family heirlooms and sentimental items ;
- You choose who receives your home;
- You choose who raises your minor children;
- You choose who takes charge of the affairs of your estate upon your death;
- You choose who receives your wealth.
A Will gives you Peace of Mind.
